2. Tiles are manufactured in batches, which can lead to slight variations in shade and size. Always check batch numbers and ensure you purchase enough quantity in a single order to maintain consistency across your space.

3. Maintain a minimum 2mm gap between tiles using spacers. This not only enhances aesthetics but also allows for grout application and helps accommodate minor size variations.

4. For patterned tiles, perfect design continuity between pieces cannot be guaranteed. A dry layout and use of spacers are strongly recommended to help align patterns more effectively.

5. Due to differences in device screens, colors may appear slightly different online.

Please inspect the tiles thoroughly at the time of delivery. If there are any damages or breakages, notify the delivery personnel immediately and record a video as proof. Claims made after delivery acceptance may not be considered.

How long will it take to deliver my order?

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept 100% advance payment through Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS) or UPI. All orders are processed only after the full payment is received.
